Surrounded by a family that valued folk art and crafts, they were encouraged from a young age to see the beauty in the ordinary and to always keep creating. With a proficiency in watercolor, ceramics, and artisan jewelry, they have honed their skills over the years with the guidance of professional artists and talented teachers. After earning a Business Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Studio Art, with a focus in Ceramics, from Marshall University, they continue to expand their artistic horizons.
In recent years, this artist has discovered a newfound love for watercolor while painting alongside a community of fellow artists. Currently residing in Newbury Ohio with their supportive husband and two young boys, they find joy in reading, writing, and spending time outdoors, all while continuing to create art that speaks to the soul.
