Linda Hammes is a relatively new artist who has been creating acrylic paintings since March 2020. She is a long-time resident of the Madison, WI area and has two grown sons. After an early retirement due to health issues, Linda was inspired to explore art. She set out to make colors, shapes, and textures come together to make something interesting. Her painting is often abstract and intense in its saturation and color. At times, she also turns photographs into art pieces.
