Despite this early success, Kate felt compelled to explore a different path, earning a degree in Emergency Health Sciences as a Nationally Registered Paramedic from The College of Health Sciences in Roanoke Virginia in 1995.
After dedicating herself to her career and family, Kate rediscovered her love for painting in 2015, reigniting her artistic flame. She transitioned into a professional role as a commission artist shortly thereafter, specializing in watercolor but also delving into acrylic and mixed media.
