Randall Jason Irvin
Montgomery , AL

A musician, composer, skilled craftsman, committed partner, and father, Jason hails from Atlanta, Georgia. His journey as an artist began at the Atlanta College of Art, where he honed his skills and passion for creativity. After college, Jason made his way to the vibrant town of Athens, GA, where he immersed himself in various musical groups and art productions within the local scene. It was during this time that he also discovered his talent for cooking, eventually becoming one of the top chefs at a popular vegetarian restaurant, where he developed original recipes.

In 2006, Jason took a pivotal step towards focusing on his painting, completing successful series such as "1951 Office Wall Hangings" and "Deeper into Color." His artistic journey led him back to Atlanta in 2010, where he settled into a studio in the art district of Castleberry Hill. Combining his skills as a licensed plumber with his artistic vision, Jason developed a unique construction-like quality in his work, showcasing his attention to detail and endurance.

In 2016, Jason, along with his partner Nell and son Hawthorne, made the move to Midcoast Maine, where he continues to be an active member of the local art community. Serving as an art teacher in Rockland and opening his studio to the public during the Belfast Art Walk, Jason has continued to push the boundaries of his creativity. His latest series, including "Abstracts in Maine," "Element," "The Artwork Consigned to Oblivion Project," and "Constructions," demonstrate his evolution as an artist.

For those looking to add a touch of creativity to their home or office decor, Jason's prints are a perfect choice. Each piece reflects his unique journey and artistic vision, making them a captivating addition to any space.
