Based out of Marquette, Michigan, the heart of the Upper Peninsula, Jason has been passionate about capturing the beauty of nature in his photographs since 2020. As a Social Worker, he has a unique connection with Lake Superior and strives to share these opportunities with others. His favorite photography subjects are the powerful Lake Superior Waves at the Black Rocks in Marquette and the decommissioned Ore Dock in Marquette’s Lower Harbor. He also uses music and poetry, mostly haiku, as a form of artistic expression.

Jason has been featured on stage in Marquette, most recently in the Northern Michigan University production of ‘Elf: The Musical’ as Santa Claus. He is thankful for the love and support of his wife and two teenage children.
