Chunbum Park is a South Korean artist whose works explore the concept of racialized beauty represented by Asian beauties and goddesses, as well as her own fantasies as a trans woman. Park was born in Seoul, South Korea in 1991 and moved to the United States in 2000 to pursue her studies. She graduated from the Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, TN, and went on to receive her BFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in 2020. Park is currently an MFA Fine Arts Studio thesis candidate at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Her work has been featured at galleries and museums around the country and her art auction card game, ArtBid, has been featured in publications such as ArtNews and The Brooklyn Rail.
