As a visual artist and tattoo artist, I have devoted my life to exploring the intersections of art and the human experience. I graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, specializing in painting, illustration, and printmaking. I showcase my artistic journey under the name "Nomadical," a title that reflects my deep inspiration drawn from the cyclical nature of the universe and the interplay between religious ideologies and humanity.
Since 2007, I have been working as a tattoo artist in Northern Kentucky. My tattoo journey began in 2000 when I apprenticed under Dana Brunson for four months. However, in 2001, I chose to pause my tattoo career to travel the world, enriching my perspective through experiences in Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, and the Indian Subcontinent. In 2005, I returned to the tattoo scene at Mothers Tattoo as a receptionist, eventually reigniting my tattoo practice under the mentorship of Craig Moore, Matt Tomlinson, and Brian Level. By 2007, I was tattooing full-time at Mothers Tattoo in Erlanger, KY, and in 2012, I made the transition to their Covington location, where I continue to work today.
In 2022, I began my journey as an art vendor, participating in various markets and conventions that align with my creative themes. Currently, I am most actively involved with the Oddities and Curiosities Expo, which travels across the United States and beyond. I also accept select commissions that resonate with my artistic vision. My portfolio includes artwork for retail businesses, organizations, and musicians, with my most notable commission being the design of apparel for the renowned Swedish rock band Ghost.
