Graduating from Northern Kentucky University in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, specializing in painting, illustration, and printmaking, their artistic journey is showcased under the moniker "Nomadical." Since 2007, they have been practicing as a tattoo artist in Northern Kentucky. Their tattoo career began in 2000 under the guidance of Dana Brunson for four months. However, in 2001, they chose to take a hiatus to explore the world, gaining a broader perspective through experiences in Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, and the Indian Subcontinent. Returning to the tattoo scene in 2005 at Mothers Tattoo as a receptionist, they reignited their tattoo practice under the mentorship of Craig Moore, Matt Tomlinson, and Brian Level. By 2007, they were tattooing full-time at Mothers Tattoo in Erlanger, KY, and later transitioned to their Covington location in 2012.
In 2022, they ventured into the world of art vending, participating in various markets and conventions that align with their creative themes. They are actively involved with the Oddities and Curiosities Expo, which travels across the United States and beyond. They also take on select commissions that resonate with their artistic vision, including artwork for retail businesses, organizations, and musicians, such as designing apparel for the renowned Swedish rock band Ghost. Their portfolio showcases a diverse range of work that reflects their unique artistic perspective.
