Lawrence Costales is a multi-talented individual, having served in the US Marine Corps Reserves, worked as a photographer, actor, and director/producer. His most recent travel photography captures his time spent in Kuwait during his tour of duty in support of the US Army at Camp Doha and Camp Arifjan. Additionally, he was able to explore Italy and Dubai, UAE during his one-year stay in 2003/4. Costales' earlier works have been showcased at various prestigious locations such as the ARCO Towers in Los Angeles, US Embassy in Bogota, Galleria Nina Moreno in Tijuana, and The Temecula Art Gallery, among others.
In 2017, Costales presented a collection of 27 images at The Rosebud Cafe in Pasadena, followed by 8 Abstract images at the Rokoko Gallery in Las Cruces, New Mexico. His photography exhibition titled 'Images from Near and Far' at the Corona Public Library in 2006 featured 32 of his captivating images. Utilizing different cameras such as the Mamiya 645 for travel fine art images, the NIKON F4 and Canon Digital for headshots, and currently shooting with his Sony A7Riv, Costales's work showcases his versatility and skill in capturing moments from different perspectives.
