K Rae Creations
Grand Junction, CO

A Colorado native with a lifelong passion for crafts and art, this artist's creative journey began with scribbles and oriental trading craft kits and evolved through high school ceramics, fiber arts, photography, hand embroidery, and laser machine cutting. In 2010, they won an art show in the fiber arts division for a unique basket made from a cowboys old rope. Their creative endeavors also led them to the world of digital art, where they honed their skills in digital painting and designing laser cutting files for wood ornaments.

Fascinated by nature and inspired by the vibrant colors of the Lisa Frank era, this artist's work reflects a deep love for the American West. With the introduction of the iPad into their artistic practice seven years ago, they have explored new techniques and found a newfound sense of freedom in creating art. As a busy working mom, the portability of the iPad has been a game changer, allowing them to express their creativity without the constraints of a traditional studio.

Always eager to learn and grow as an artist, they have embraced online platforms like Skillshare to expand their knowledge and explore the full potential of the iPad as a creative tool. Their journey through different stages of life has only deepened their passion for art, and they continue to find joy in creating in all its forms. Their prints are perfect for adding a touch of creativity to any home or office space, so don't hesitate to purchase one for a unique and artistic touch to your decor.
