Since 1969, the art of black and white photography has been the primary way for artist to communicate their thoughts and feelings. For the artist, it started when their brother encouraged them to use his camera. It was then that their journey in photography began.

The artist attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle where they received a degree in Art with an emphasis in Photography. Further instruction was learned from Kate Carter and Connie Imboden at the Maine Photographic Workshops in Rockport, Maine.

The artist has been driven by their curiosity about life, nature, mankind, and their own existence. More recently, the artist has been exploring digital paintings with a variety of software including Procreate, Photoshop, and Corel Painter.

The artist currently resides in Ansonia, CT and has a wide selection of prints for home and office decor. Perfect for the art lover in all of us, these prints capture the artist's thoughts and feelings in a unique way.
