Since childhood, the artist has had a deep love for drawing, which was intensified during a difficult period of health issues in 5th grade. While recovering from spinal fusion surgery, art became a source of solace and creativity during extended periods of immobility. Despite being unable to participate in contact sports like their peers, the artist's passion for art continued to grow with the support of family, friends, and teachers.
After studying at (Indiana University) Herron School of Art, the artist explored their creativity in a different medium by obtaining a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from Vincennes University. Over the next 25 years, they utilized their artistic talents in business ownership and landscape design, creating award-winning projects. Today, the artist focuses on graphic design, creating logos, websites, and marketing materials for companies in the green industry, while still finding time to indulge in traditional and digital art.
