Alia Ollikainen is a visual artist who loves to get lost in the process of making meticulously detailed works. Her work is mostly inspired by nature and the universe of thoughts that swirl around her mind and heart. Her thoughts are greatly influenced by the natural surroundings of the ocean and mountains near her home in sunny Southern California which she shares with her cat and two sons. In addition to drawing, Ms. Ollikainen works in the mediums of collage, digital art, photography, painting, and ceramic sculpture and pottery.
