Amy Lucid

A fine art and nature landscape photographer, the artist's journey began at Herron School of Art, though much of their skill is self-taught. Currently an attending artist at the Art Bank in downtown Indianapolis, their work has been showcased in various exhibits, including Nickel Plate Arts, Art as Therapy Exhibit, and Gifted Exhibit in 2014 at the Judge Stone Gallery, as well as the Stutz Gallery and Artville Exhibit in January 2015. Since 2013, they have been selling their photography on Fine Art America.

Preferring to capture nature in its untouched state, the artist rarely alters their photographs beyond slight image enhancements. Their goal is for viewers to see nature through their eyes, offering a fresh perspective on familiar scenes and inviting them to feel as though they are standing in the very spot where the photo was taken. By highlighting intricate details and textures in their work, the artist aims to provide an intimate experience that allows viewers to truly appreciate the beauty of nature.

For those looking to bring a touch of nature into their homes or offices, the artist's prints are available for purchase. Each photograph offers a unique glimpse into the natural world, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with the beauty that surrounds them. Whether seeking a calming landscape or a striking nature scene, these prints are sure to enhance any space with their timeless beauty.
