Alissa has always had a passion for drawing and design since she was young. She initially pursued a career in architecture, trading in her brushes and canvases for drafting supplies. Over the course of 20 years, she worked on a wide variety of building projects, from kitchens to schools to hospitals. However, her greatest job of all came when she became a mother, putting her architecture career on hold to focus on motherhood.
Despite stepping away from architecture, Alissa never stopped drawing. As her daughter grew older, she began to seriously develop her portfolio, experimenting with different mediums. She started with chalk pastels, then moved on to oil pastels, before discovering her love for colored pencils, which has become her primary focus in the past year. She describes her journey as an evolving art form that she is thoroughly enjoying.
Alissa invites others to join her on this artistic journey and encourages them to consider purchasing prints for home and office decor. Her work with colored pencils showcases her talent and dedication to her craft, making her pieces a beautiful addition to any space.
