Readily available, low-fat protein is expected, without understanding the #TrueCost. The same is true for eggs. We've emerged from our fear of cholesterol, as long as it is free of soy, cruelty and confinement. I applaud people for wanting to eat healthier, but chicken and eggs 24/7/365 days a year is expensive in many ways. #PastureRaised #ResponsiblyManaged chickens should be central to any sustainable meat farm, but expect to pay farmers a #FairPrice.
