This image was the winner of a photography contest in the category of insects. If felt like a lucky shot. This dragonfly was the biggest one I have ever seen and it was just resting here. As soon as I finished taking 100 pictures of him he took off. He just posed for me and left. I feel lucky to have gotten this image as clear as I did and that I was able to show the delicate fine pattern of his wings and even the hair on his body.
