Some of you may recognize scenes from Duck, NC in this image as well as the Lighthouse at Corolla just north of Duck. Yes, there really IS a place called Duck! And when we all start to travel again, if you haven't visited there you might want to add it to your list of places to check out. It's a lovely place in the Outer Banks. "Waiting" seemed to jump out as the theme from both the gulls on the posts, as well as the lighthouse waiting to warn ships of the dangers of the coastal waters. Friendship is at times about waiting as well, as we hold the common bond in safe keeping.
