How well do you remember your classic column & capital forms? This is a fluted column with a Corinthian capital which in turn took its inspiration from Acanthus leaves. This particular column can be found in Washington D.C. at the Treasury Department. Mixed with it you can find some Ionic columns with scroll capitals.
