Horses! By Stacey Degrace

With the baby blue sky as a backdrop, two black working horses stand in the brown fall grasses of Missouri . Their bits are rusty and their blue halters are well worn. Their black mane blows in the wind and their eyes look as though they are dreaming of sugar cubes instead of the task at hand. This is the character of a working horse, a plow team in Buckner, MO that inspired this painting. I plan to do 3 more sets to go with this one. They were sure fun & beautiful to watch!
