A well told story

Watercolor Art By Stacey Degrace

This Heeler had a reputation to watch the cows and he would but only if he thought you were watching. Once he was "lounging around" and a cow was out of the fence eating grass right beside him. When the owners came outside he jumped up and started barking at the cows behind the fence oblivious to the one cow standing right beside him. Now that does make for a well told story! This breed of dog was first known as the Australian Heeler, then later as the Australian Cattle Dog & some people refer to them as Blue Heelers or Queensland Heelers. They are beautiful dogs no matter the name! Check out my other watercolor print titled "Waiting for your Whistle" for a similar look or to hang together.
