Photography. Flight is one of the great mysteries of the avian creature. Out of time immemorial these creatures have taken to the air and soar with the input of a mysterious navigation. No highways or byways that are obvious seem to guide them though they must find trees and waterways critical. Here a crow flies over a high mountain valley in the prairie that frames the headwaters of a man made lake. The precision of its wings are distinct. The latent freedom evident.
