High Above Looking Glass Rock

This shot was from my drone, about 300 feet above the Blue Ridge Parkway. The aerial really gives a perspective to this region of North Carolina. Looking Glass Rock is standing out among the mountain range with beautiful shades of blue in the background. The sun and clouds form interesting shades of light and dark. This day was a cool day with low humidity, this clearer than usual day allowed for great depth in this photograph. This photograph was shot mid October 2022. 11mm, f/5.6, 1/400 second exposure.
