By using GeoGalleries.com (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Artist Responsibilities

  • Artists warrant they own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed content in their artwork. GeoGalleries reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
  • Artists are solely responsible for submitting high-resolution images suitable for professional printing.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all submitted files must be in JPG format.
  • Images may be cropped to fit ordered dimensions and aspect ratios. User-added borders or margins will be included in the final print. Low-resolution previews are provided for buyers to review sizing.
  • GeoGalleries may, at its discretion, access, remove, store, or display any user-submitted content.
  • Artists must comply with these Terms at all times.

Buyer Responsibilities & Orders

  • All orders are produced exactly as specified at checkout.
  • Buyers must provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information. GeoGalleries is not responsible for errors or delays due to incorrect details.
  • Full payment is required before processing.
  • Prices include image preparation; shipping may be additional.
  • No price adjustments or pro-rating for prior purchases.

Secure Shopping

All transactions use at least 128-bit encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers beyond the last few digits. Future transactions use secure, bank-issued tokens. PayPal is also available as an option.

Liability

GeoGalleries is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss (to property, animals, or persons) caused by prints after delivery, including due to negligence or misuse. Buyers assume all risk upon receipt.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped to us for evaluation/production.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Delays may occur due to weather, order volume, equipment issues, or unforeseen events.

International orders may take longer depending on the carrier.

For rush options (where available), additional fees apply — contact us to inquire.

Delayed/Expedited Shipping Note: Partial refunds on premium shipping (3-Day, 2nd Day, Next Day) may apply only if the carrier documents non-delivery or no attempt by the expected date. Buyers must ensure someone is available to receive expedited packages.

Damaged or Defective Prints

Report damage in writing via our contact page within 72 hours of documented delivery. We may require return/inspection before issuing refunds or replacements.

We are not responsible for damage after delivery (e.g., by framers, third parties, or the buyer).

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without notice, at GeoGalleries' discretion. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
