River Dreams is a monotype, a technique that yields only one good impression from each prepared plate. Monotypes are fun to make, and there are many techniques to apply for various and interesting results. I always enjoy the chance aspect of an unexpected image when the print is pulled. For this piece I used stencils, large print brayers and turpentine.
