Shule on the Hill Ephraim

Religious Art By James H Fullmer

One of the great kings of the Jaredite people, Shule was born in the days of the captivity of his father. In these challenging circumstances he “waxed strong, and became mighty as to the strength of a man; and he was also mighty in judgment.” He led others to join him, arming them with swords he had made with his own hands in the forges of the hill Ephraim. Together they took back the kingdom that rightfully belonged to Shule’s father. For this great act, his father bestowed the kingdom upon Shule. Although he would see more challenges to come, King Shule reigned in righteousness all his days remembering the great things that the Lord had done for his fathers.
