90. RINGWOOD TREES

Donald Hazen Brown Archive By Don Brown

2005 RINGWOOD MANOR, NJ These two trees stand along side of the road that leads out to a Revolutionary War Cemetery at Ringwood Manor State Park, N. J. There is nothing special about these trees except that they are trees! As a painter, I find trees to be like people: everyone is different and offers a different challenge. Each one has its own character, its own beauty and its own history. I guess that it why it bothers me so to see a tree unnecessarily destroyed and cut down. And so, happening upon this pair of trees at Ringwood Manner, I was easily engrossed in another painting.
