Sunflower, Oak and a Sunstar

USA/Sacramento By Derrick Kelly

Early summer, from late June to mid July is the time when the sunflower fields bloom. It makes for an extraordinary site to see these rows and rows of thousands upon thousands of large yellow flowers. The colours are so vibrant and it felt like one was immsersed in a Van Goh painting of sunflowers, where the colours are so vibrant and the scene so lively and wondrous.
