An exploration of the line between the wonders of virtual reality and connectivity and the maddening sense of disconnection and distraction from all that matters most. Painted in a state of digital overwhelm, which hit me hard and early on, this painting speaks to the feeling of digital noise and the clamor of piles of data and delight that promise much while sucking the life out of any human voice who dares to sing in analog.
