In the midst of a long, difficult Covid winter I was finding my inner fire. As a mother who has long put my passions on the back-burner, I found this concept to be especially symbolic of returning to myself, stronger and brighter. The colors were inspired by time spent meditating into the woodstove (an essential part of Winter sanity for me). This print was begun in mono print acrylics and then scanned and digitally composed.
