Idanha is tiny city in Oregon, just off highway 22 on the Santiam River. I painted this after a wonderful day spent with old friends. He grew up in Idanha. He told stories of what it was like to be a kid and live in a small town by the river. This is a view from the Idanha bridge. It was the perfect warm spring day.
