Taking Flight

This art was created using acrylic paints on canvas board. One of the fun things about abstract is you can work with colors and design as you progress. It wasn't till the painting was completed when I stood back and realized what I saw. In this landscape position I spotted a large bird, perhaps an eagle. My daughter who is also an artist calls the painting "Taking Flight". What a great title this is. I can look in the details of colors and actually make out a bird taking flight. So there you go. The title is "Taking Flight"
