Mistrees is #1 in my Lost Landscapes series of pictures. Hillside Arbutus (Pacific Madrone) and Cedars fade into the mist on a island in the Salish Sea of WA & BC. The foghorns were blowing and sea lions were barking in the distance. All the Arbutus later died from a Mediterranean fungal disease - victims of warming. Mistrees is an original digital fine art print on Epson - Enhanced archival matte paper printed with archival inks. This is the 3:2 aspect ratio version of the image.
