This was one of the times I was glad that I brought my camera to work. I was in Alamo Heights in the San Antonio area of Texas. There is a hawk family living in the neighborhood and had picked this tree to hang out for awhile. It's a miracle that the hawk was perched low enough and stood still while I took pictures. This looks like a Red-tailed hawk to me. What do you think?
