Panoramic View of the Beth Sholom Synagogue

Synagogues By Laszlo Regos

Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, America’s most renowned architect, Beth Sholom represents a sculptural body that integrates both architectural modernism and American Judaism. Pyramidal forms of steel, glass and aluminum soar above a concrete base, creating an abstract form that evokes Mount Sinai. It was consecrated in 1959, shortly after Wright’s death, and listed as a National Historic Landmark in 2007.
