Greenvale Vineyards makes a delicious Chardonnay! I was working a tasting event at Greenvale when I sampled this 2013 vintage. It was my first taste of the buttery wine! This is when I learned about the process of malolactic fermentation, the secret to the buttery flavor. I had to snap a photo of this bottle! I can still hear Dick Lupino singing in the background with Rick Wells on the drums and Mike Renzi on the keyboard. Looking back I realize how blessed I was to hear these great musicians in an intimate setting. Great wine with great music, inspires great art! About the paper: Fine Art Prints now available on paper and metal. Choose from various sizes, framed or unframed. About the paper: Hahnemühle, located in Dassel Germany has been making unique superior quality papers since it was founded in 1584.
