Torch of Freedom

My San Antonio By John Kain

La Antorcha de la Amistad was a work commissioned by a group of Mexican businessmen living in the United States and friends of Mexico, and presented as a gift from the Mexican government to the City of San Antonio in 2002 Painted bright orange it has become an iconic symbol pf San Antonio. I converted this image to B&W and then processed the torch to be the brightest thing in the image.
