Nina grew up in Northern Ireland during the 1970s and 80s, and she attended art college at The University of Ulster, graduating in 1996 with a BA in textiles. Her love of textiles has since developed into a passion for oil painting, where she finds joy in creating different textures and subtle variations in color. Her artwork reflects the muted tones of the British Isles and the rugged surfaces of the homes she has had in Texas and Tennessee. Her faith is also visible in her work, as pieces of textiles are often incorporated into her paintings.

Today, Nina lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband and their Irish Wolfhounds. Her artwork can be found in private collections in Europe and the United States, and it has been featured in the book 'The Book of the Dog' by Angus Hyland and Kendra Wilson.
