Austine Wood Comarow

Austine Studios
Las Vegas, NV

Austine Wood Comarow lives in Nevada and is primarily known for her innovative medium she calls Polage art. Her work in that medium is seen around the world in museums and public spaces. Examples include Boston Museum of Science and New Mexico Museum of Natural History (see resume and information on her website, www.austine.com).

She is now offering prints of some of her recent work in that medium as well as her newest work in watercolor.

Many of these prints are from the large public installation at the Spring Mountains Visitors Gateway at Kyle Canyon on Mount Charleston, Nevada. Her work has always been about nature and our relationship to it as human beings. Recently she has turned to watercolor to express her love of the fragile beauty of the natural world.
